What’s Excluded
There are some restrictions to your standard Securahome cover, including environmental and accidental and malicious damage.
It’s important to take care of your installation and if any faults are found to have occurred due to neglect, it will, unfortunately, invalidate the cover. Similarly, if a third-party undertakes work on any of our products, that won’t be covered by our guarantee.
Some aspects of the work, such as electrics, engineered timber and door furniture may have different cover periods. We recommend always checking with us to get a full breakdown of your guarantee.
