Your warranty will cover the work we carry out at your address for a period of 10 years* on PVCu products from the date of the installation. This comprehensive warranty covers frame products, main building work, glazing and workmanship.

Securahome’s 10 year warranty* is backed by market leading deposit and guarantee organisation Independent Warranty Association (IWA). This insurance protects both your deposit on any installation and Securahome’s company warranty. During our 22 years of carrying out installations at homes and businesses across South Wales we have issued more than 10,000 warranties. This warranty excludes damage for faults due to accident, misuse or neglect, fair wear and tear and acceptable phenomena. Terms and conditions apply. *Some items such as electrical products, engineered timber, flooring, fascia and gutters, and door furniture may have different cover periods due to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
