1. Whether the item that needs to be replaced has a manufacturer’s name and / or code number on it to help us identify and locate the product for you.
2. A sample of the product (if possible) or a photo of the item in need of repair or replacement.
3. Any original paperwork, such as the supplier’s invoice or the manufacturer’s guarantee
4. If you don’t have any paperwork then it helps if you know the year the product was purchased and who supplied it.
